SHIPPING POLICY
Which countries do we deliver to?
We ship our products to Denmark and Germany serviced by GLS.
Where do you dispatch your items from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. Orders are sent via GLS.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. GLS will provide further details and you can track your order using the tracking code provided once your order is confirmed.
Can I collect my order from a shop?
Currently, the only shipping option we offer is delivery with GLS to the nearest GLS ParcelShop to your address.
How do I receive my package?
You will receive notification emails regarding your shipment from both the online store and GLS. Occasionally, these emails may end up in your spam folder, so please keep an eye on it in the days following your order. Once you receive an email confirming that the package has been delivered to the GLS ParcelShop, you have 8 days to pick it up before it is returned.
If the package is returned because it was not collected, a fee of €9.90 will apply for the return. Additionally, if you wish to have the package re-sent, an extra €9.90 fee will be charged.
How much do I pay for shipping?
On the first order you pay 9.90EUR for shipping and handling fee. On the following subscription orders shipping is included in the price.
Are there additional costs incurred through taxes, fees, or import duties?
No, there are no additional costs. When you purchase from norwegiansalmon.com, all taxes, fees, and import duties are included in the price. There are no extra charges, either before or after delivery.
